FUTUR HOCKEY Warranty Policy

FUTUR HOCKEY stands behind the quality of our premium composite hockey sticks. Our warranty policy is designed to protect your investment while ensuring fair and consistent coverage for all customers.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

In order for your warranty request to be processed, a valid proof of purchase is required. All claims must be submitted within 30 days from date of purchase as per the stick warranty policy. Please note that any claims that are not in compliance with our warranty parameters will be denied.

Warranty Coverage

If, in FUTUR Hockey's determination, product failure is due to accident, abuse, negligence, or abnormal use, the product will not be covered by this or any other warranty. This warranty is expressly declared to be given in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied on FUTUR's part. No person is authorized to give an additional warranty in connection with the sale of FUTUR products.

Important Exclusions

Please note: Professional, Tier 1, Tier 2, University, and College player usage is excluded from this and/or any warranty.

Replacement Policy

FUTUR Hockey LLC has the right to substitute products. If the exact stick is not available, you will be provided with replacement options at the time of creating your claim. The one-time replacement stick is not covered under any further warranty.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To start your claim, please fill out this form and prepare the following documentation:

  1. Receipt image - Clear photo of your proof of purchase
  2. Serial number image - Photo of the serial number on the shaft and the data bar
  3. Full stick image - Photo showing the serial number and break area clearly
  4. Break detail images - 3-4 images of the break from both sides
  5. Player information - Player's height and weight with a brief explanation of how the break occurred

Processing Your Claim

Once you submit your warranty claim with all required documentation, our team will review your submission and respond with next steps. Please ensure all images are clear and all information is accurate to avoid delays in processing.
